Our Mortgage Division provides 4 types of reports

• PRE-QUAL REPORTS (3 REPOSITORY MERGED REPORT) - This report can be ordered by fax or through the computer. Turnaround time for on-line reports - 3 minutes and by fax - 20 minutes or less. The Pre-Qual report can be a single, double or triple repository report.

• ABBREVIATED REPORT (Auditor's Report) -  This Report (a composite of three repositories and a current public records check)  is ordered via fax and received via fax/mail or electronically. Turn-around time is usually 24 hours.

• RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CREDIT REPORT (RMCR) - Meets or exceeds all published guidelines set forth by FMHA, HUD/FHA and VA. This report can be ordered via fax or electronically. Turn around time is normally 48 hours or less. It can be transmitted to us via fax or mail.

Employment Verification
Public Record Check  - bureau of conveyances, bankruptcy  and district courts records
Risk Scores - Ability to include a risk score on the credit reports you order
Consumer Relation (Located in Honolulu)- to handle and assist in resolving any disputes that may arise.
