Position: Account Executive

Division: Sales

Minimum Educational requirement:: Bachelor of Science in Business ( Sales & Marketing Major)

Minimum Experience: 2 years of Sales and Marketing in the Pacific region.

Job Description:
Develop and reinforce new business development and Sales. Support short and long-term planning requirements and to identify strategic opportunities to further PC’s growth and profitability. This position will require close collaboration and communication with PC’s Honolulu and Guam offices and travel between these two offices.

• New-business development - Identify target markets  in the Pacific region and develop strategic marketing plan and initiatives in conjunction with company goals.

• Using existing contacts and leads generated from current business partners, reference customers and personal research.
  
• Installation of WEB based applications and Training clients on using PC’s web site.
  

• The position will be located in Honolulu, Hawaii with the possibility of relocation to Guam.

Special requirements:

• Prior sales knowledge of Hawaii, Guam and Pacific Region is required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Superior knowledge of marketing fundamentals

• Negotiation and presentation skills required

• Flexibility and adaptability required ( possible relocation to Guam office)
